Other grants

Not every grant runs on an EU or RVO model. For a grant under its own agreement — a regional fund, a foundation, a national scheme outside the Kaderbesluit — Beneficia applies only what that agreement states: its own rates, its own budget, four plain cost categories, and the same signed and locked record of hours and costs every grant gets.

What Beneficia applies

1The agreement sets the rules

A grant under a funder Beneficia has no programme for is kept under a generic one. Nothing is assumed: the funding rate, the indirect rate and every budget line are the agreement’s own, recorded on the grant’s version and changed by an amendment like any other. Where the agreement is silent, Beneficia is too.

2What every grant gets anyway

The record does not depend on the funder. Hours are typed in the weekly grid, the month is signed by the person and approved, and once locked it is priced at the rate in force and never edited — a correction keeps the original. Invoices are read from the PDF and claimed by line. Every change sits in the audit chain. When the funder asks how the money was spent, the answer is already there.

3When the rules repeat

If several of your grants come from the same funder on the same terms, those terms can become a programme of their own — read from the funder’s text, as the RVO schemes were — so that every new grant under it inherits the rules instead of having them entered again.

Questions

Do the hours on such a grant count against the 215 days?
No. The ceiling is a rule of the EU model agreement and is measured on the grants that run on it. A person’s days on their EU grants are counted there as always.
Is the agreement read from the PDF?
The reader first checks that the document is a signed grant agreement and then reads what it can find; what it cannot is entered by hand. A person checks and confirms the draft either way.
Can our funder become a programme of its own?
Yes, when its terms repeat across your grants. Ask us about yours before the demo.
